This has to be one of my favourite moments from our 2026 rugby season so I just had to repost it.

Mikey Feather-Smith there are not enough words I can say right now to tell you how much we appreciate you & the dedication, hard work, compassion, care & PATIENCE 🤭 you give to your team each year, So Thank You for everything you do for our kids 🫶🏼.

💥💥REPOSTING from the amazing Raw Moments NZ page💥💥

Great coaches do more than teach skills — they build confidence, resilience, and belief. During a rugby game, positive encouragement from the sideline & on the field can lift players when they’re tired, help them refocus after mistakes, and remind them to back themselves and their teammates.

Strong communication and support from coaches creates a positive team environment where players feel motivated, valued, and ready to give their all for each other.
