Meet our instructor Micah!

1) What classes do you teach?
I teach "Boxfit" Micah styles 😉🔥
Mondays 6am
Fridays 12:15pm

2) What’s your fitness history?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for a decade and have dabbled in everything from boxing to reformer pilates, crossfit to yoga, Les Mills to BFTs and everything in between as both a student and a coach.

3) How did you first get into boxing?
My grandad was actually a boxer. I went along to a boxing class over 10 years ago at the old Les Mills (shoutout trumaine) - from there I spent 6 years in and around the world of boxing/kickboxing & ended up back with friends at The Foundry.

4) What do you love most about The Foundry Boxing Club?
The small community ive encountered has been welcoming and always will to do the mahi.
I love the attitude members have & the coaches have so much knowledge across the board.

5) What’s your favourite thing to do outside of boxing?
I like taking naps or moving my body in any ways, shapes or forms ☀️

Built on experience. Driven by passion. 🏆🥊

With years of competition, titles and experience between them, these two have a serious boxing history.
We put some of their trophies on display — because the story behind the coaches is part of what makes Foundry what it is.
Train with experience. 🥊
