Auckland Metropolitan Clay Target Club The Auckland Metropolitan Clay Target Club (Auckland Met) is an active Clay Target Club located five minutes north of Pukekohe.

The “Met Club” is one of New Zealand’s biggest situated on a 25 Hectare property.

Today we held our 100 ABT competition and also team shoot. This is shot in different grades with an A team and also a B/C grade team. Auckland Met won the A grade team event and congratulations to Whitianga for winning the B/C team event.

It was amazing to see so many young shooters at our Patrons cup on Sunday, with 18 senior/junior teams and 14 squads! A special mention to the three teams who placed, all shooting a 100/100 in the competition. As well as this, three more teams got a 99/100, so very high scores all round. A big thank you to Dave Fox and his team for their hard work, the club room is looking fantastic with its new paint job, so come and see it at the next shoot. 👀

How good was our day?! Big scores across all classes today. Shoot off in A grade between three 100’s, a special well done to Varinder on your first 100 straight, keep up the good work. B grade was won with a 98 and C grade a 97! We had 12 squads of DTL, and 2 squads of S***t today. Thanks to everyone who attended and we look forward to a good event next shoot being our Patrons Cup.
