We know social dancing and especially going to festivals can be super exciting. We meet a lot of new people, learn a lot and just feel free, empowered and inspired (and tired haha) 🥲
As beautiful as this can be, try to find a healthy balance of going to festivals and resting/doing other things 🧘🏽‍♀️

There is a risk of getting lost in the dancing world that is not talked enough about!
Enjoy your festivals but also take care of yourself and your physical, social(outside of dancing) and financial well-being as well 🫶🏼

Being a dance teacher is 50% steps 50% mental support 🤓🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

Jokes aside, learning something new as an adult can be challenging. What am I saying - it will for sure be challenging. We won't get everything right away, compare ourselves and have to be patient along the way.

Often we get strict on ourselves and sometimes even reject ourselves. As relatable as that is, we need self compassion. Especially in a partner dance 🙏🏼

As dance teachers we've been there and we will remind you, that you're human, no one expects you to learn something in 1h that we spend years perfecting and that you will get there.

Work with yourself and enjoy the journey of growth and discovery 🌱
