Else is the founder of .thehague, a dance school dedicated to celebrating jazz in all its forms. In her classes, she combines musicality, technique, and creativity, creating a supportive space where dancers can deepen their improvisation skills and feel confident in their own expression across styles.

Else invites dancers to listen deeply, play with timing, and embody the music with authenticity and groove - values that resonate strongly with West Coast Swing.
