𝗔𝗻 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

After careful consideration, we have decided to adjust the direction of the Watersley R+D Cycling Team. Next season, we will focus fully on further strengthening our U19 women’s programme.

This also means that our U19 men’s team will come to an end after this season, and the planned Development Women Team will not start in 2027.

What a weekend at the Watersley Junior & Ladies Challenge.

A huge congratulations to Maria for taking the overall victory after three impressive days of racing. Winning the GC at our home race makes this one extra special.

We're proud of all our Watersley R+D Team riders who raced in front of our home crowd and gave everything out on the road.

Before we head into our home race weekend at the Watersley Junior & Ladies Challenge, we’re looking back on a different kind of action.

Last weekend was all about ice hockey. We kicked things off with the Pellegrims Prep Camp, followed by the Watersley R+D Ice Hockey Academy Try Out. A weekend filled with hard work, new connections and athletes taking the next step in their development.

A special thank you to Sharp Edge, BAUER and Maple Leaf Sport for their support in making this weekend possible.

Across cycling, paracycling and triathlon, our athletes represented their countries with pride. Some returned home in national champion jerseys, others with valuable race experience and new lessons to build on.
Congratulations to all our athletes who had the opportunity to represent their countries at their National Championships.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

During the Watersley Open House, visitors had the opportunity to discover the different sports represented within our Watersley R+D teams and learn more about what it takes to develop talent at the highest level.

From seeing athletes in action to experiencing the sports themselves, the day offered a unique look into the journey of growth, dedication and development that takes place at Watersley every day.

A special thank you to the Watersley R+D Offroad Team and Tom Greten of the Watersley R+D Paracycling Team for sharing their sport, knowledge and passion with our visitors.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲.

For the coming seasons, a limited number of places are available within the Watersley R+D Cycling Team Women Development Program.

We work with ambitious U23 riders who are determined to maximise their potential in a professional, performance-driven environment. Through expert coaching, a strong race programme and a long-term development approach, we help talented athletes take the next step in their cycling careers.

We’re not simply looking for results. We’re looking for riders with ambition, commitment and the mindset to keep improving every day.
