As many people know, or experienced family constellations, systemic work is the basic of it. Without constellations it is offering a intervention field that is under the surface of behavior.
Some may problems canโt be solved with logic alone. At Source, we look ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐. Through systemic observations, specific use of our senses, and case studies, youโll see whatโs really at playโhidden patterns, misalignments, and unspoken dynamics that shape results.
Hereโs how it works in practice:
๐น A company losing money discovers the issue wasnโt strategy but a misalignment in order. Office staff were made more important than production workersโthe ones actually making the product. Intervention? At lunch, production staff goes first, and the office team waits. Efficiency improves, and losses stop.
๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ค๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Who or what has been made too important?
๐น A leadership team stuck in endless discussions realizes they are unconsciously waiting for a former CEOโs approvalโsomeone who left years ago. Intervention? A symbolic goodbye to the past leader to restore clarity and decision-making power.
๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ค๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Where does the permission to solve this issue need to come from?
Source covers systemic work as initiated by Bert Hellinger, put into action through case studies, universal questions and various practice rounds.
Designed and delivered by Marko Vlaming and Demian Burgenik, 9th Source will happen from 25th until the 30th October 2026.
