WE'RE HIRING: YACHT BROKER (Pre-Owned / Secondary Market) ⚓
The Nauticat Yacht SIA team is expanding! We are developing our pre-owned yacht brokerage division and looking for a passionate professional to lead this growth.

What you'll do:
✅ Focus on pre-owned Nauticat yachts (secondary market) — with occasional other brands
✅ Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Work with listings on leading online platforms and classifieds across Europe
✅ Communicate with international clients in English
✅ Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the pre-owned segment

We're looking for:
🔹 Sales experience (yacht industry, automotive, or premium segment preferred)
🔹 Passion for the sea and understanding of the recreational marine market
🔹 Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
🔹 Fluent English (required)
🔹 Knowledge of additional languages (German, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.) — a plus
🔹 Experience with yacht/boat operation, valid boating license, or practical vessel handling skills — a significant advantage
🔹 Willingness to travel occasionally (as needed)
