MANTRA OF THE MONTH: SO HUM
Meaning: I am that.
One of the most ancient and widely used mantras in yoga, So Hum reminds us that we are not separate from life, we are part of it. The same breath that moves through you moves through every living thing.
☯️ A simple 1-minute practice:
Close your eyes.
As you inhale, silently repeat:
So
As you exhale, silently repeat:
Hum
Allow your breath to become your anchor.
Just breathing.
Just being.
