How Much Does Your HYROX Time Really Matter?
Not at all.
And if you think it does, you’ve confused fitness with self-worth.
Your finishing time doesn’t make you a better person. It doesn’t make you more disciplined, more valuable, more successful, or more deserving of respect.
What is important, though, is that you push yourself hard, try to improve on your previous results, stay humble, and support the people around you.
Because the best athletes aren’t the ones obsessing over other people’s times. They’re the ones focused on becoming a little better than they were yesterday.
Train hard.
Compete hard.
Celebrate your progress.
Just don’t attach your worth to a stopwatch.
