✨✨ …when I let go of achieving a pose, and I simply allow the internal work to be the reward, I am in a yoga state of mind which lasts way longer than a yoga class. Yoga is an inside job. Whether you feel strong and advanced, tired and distracted, you get on that mat to check in with yourself, to grow awareness and deal with what is. Will it take a handstand or foot behind the head to take you inside? Maybe…..maybe not. The journey is all that counts and the journey is uniquely yours. 🙏
