✅ Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees.
✅ Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees.
✅ Keep your neck and spine aligned with proper support.

❌ Avoid sleeping on your stomach, as it can strain your neck and lower back.
❌ Avoid unsupported sleeping positions that put pressure on your spine.
