🏋️ Dumbbell Pump
A fun, energising class set to great music, using high repetitions and dumbbells to strengthen and tone your entire body. Expect to leave feeling stronger, fitter, and uplifted!
🧘 Pilates
With Debbie and Sonya, our varied Pilates classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and core control. Suitable for all levels, you'll quickly notice the difference in how your body moves and feels.
