How to describe ForeverFitWexford..since 2010.
'Is it just a dance class'?..Well..
There are 2 different types of class offered 6 days a week.
There are 3x Dancefit p.w
11x Dance50+ p.w
Both classes are a
Health & Fitness class based on low impact dance movements, varying intensity, emphasising: Joint integrity, mobility, balance and flexibility. Brain training, improving coordination and rhythm. Upper and lower body conditioning, muscle toning & core strength...all in the prevention of injury..Prioritizing musculoskeletal form and frame, good posture, cardiovascular health and social interaction.
1. DANCEFIT!.Hi energy! Incl.Fun.Dance routines and Mat work.
2. DANCE50+ Incl. Dance routines, seated strength work. Suitable for all levels.
A fun dance class yes..but with all those long term health benefits.. PLUS! Weekly inspirational and informative
Fit Tips! Planned social events!
