ITS COMING BACK....

January this year I had a big group get back to pole after falling out of their routine for various reasons life happens and thats ok ...

But they decided to get back into it and they didn't regret it not one bit. Now they're all fully back attending multiple classes a week and reaping the rewards 🫡

You remember how it felt to nail that trick you couldn't get, hearing the cheers from your fellow classmates, the endorphins, the benefit to your body and mind!

Flying fit travelled to maynooth today to do 3 seperate classes with the legend herself 👀

Pole, aerial hoop and choreo 🫡

Such a fun day filled with laughter and community 💕

Forever grateful for the students I have and the joy they bring me, watching them learn and have so much fun today was such a fulfilling experience to me 🤘

So glad to be able to bring pole to tralee and have these opportunities 🙌

Thank you so much to terri for having us cant wait for next year's pilgrimage already 😆
