When we are overwhelmed it can be paralysing. We freeze and do nothing. but the stress stays and anxiety rises. Writing a list and prioritising the important tasks gives us a start, a sense of accomplishment, a sense of taking back control. So try the basket task and see if it supports you or increases your anxiety.
