Traditional jammer arms can be awkward to set up, slow to reposition and light through much of the movement when plate loaded.

At RPM, our Jammer Arms 2.0 Cable Connectors were designed around fixing that. The two-stage Mag-pin system makes installation easy, while rail-mounted dollies make height changes instant.

Adjustable handles, lockable paths and full free motion give you more control over how each exercise feels.

Connect to a compatible cable stack for resistance from the first rep, add plates for greater load as the arms rise, or combine both for a different resistance curve.
