PB WEEK IS BACK πŸ‘Š

It’s almost time for our quarterly testing sessions, and here’s everything you need to know 😎

1. PB Week testing sessions will be held on June 30th and July 2nd

2. Testing sessions will be done in pairs (bring a friend or we will pair you up)

3. All members are invited to participate in PB Week

‼️ Be prepared! Here’s a list of exercises for each day

Tuesday 30 June
Deadlift (5 rep max)
Seated cable row (1 max set)
Incline dumbbell bench press (1 max set)
Ski (50 cals for time)

Thursday 2 July
Bench press (5 rep max)
Lat pull down (1 max set)
Goblet squat (1 max set)
Bike (60 cals for time)
