Itβs almost time for our quarterly testing sessions, and hereβs everything you need to know π
1. PB Week testing sessions will be held on June 30th and July 2nd
2. Testing sessions will be done in pairs (bring a friend or we will pair you up)
3. All members are invited to participate in PB Week

Incline dumbbell bench press (1 max set)
Ski (50 cals for time)
Thursday 2 July
Bench press (5 rep max)
Lat pull down (1 max set)
Goblet squat (1 max set)
Bike (60 cals for time)
