We are delighted to announce that we will be trialing an earlier opening time Monday - Friday starting May 11th 🎉

Monday - Friday we will be opening 30 minutes earlier at 6am! Weekends and Bank Holidays will remain the same!

We will monitor this new time over the month of May and keep you updated if this will be a permanent opening time😊

Looking forward to seeing you all bright and early Monday 11th of May ⏰

Huge congratulations to our member John Dwyer on his fantastic achievements at the 2026 European Masters Athletics Indoor Championships in Toruń, Poland! 👏

John is a valued member of our gym and we are all incredibly proud of his dedication, hard work and commitment.

He brought home a Silver medal in the Hammer Throw (M40 category) and a Bronze medal in the Weight Throw (M40 category), an outstanding accomplishment!

Unbelievable results John — keep up the amazing work! 💪
