If you’re looking to start reformer with us, join our intro session on Saturdays at 11.30am in Midleton or Wednesdays 7.45pm in Rostellan (from 9th Sept). €20 drop in if you’d just like to give it a try or free with a purchase of 5 or 10 sessions.

It’s our birthday 🥹 Thank you all for your support and loyalty. We wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for you. I can’t imagine that every business has the sort of community that we have.
