“I’m not fu***ng leaving.”

The gym isn’t going anywhere.
But there aren’t enough hours in the day, and something has to give.

So for the foreseeable future, I’m closing my 1-1 in-person coaching slots.

Going forward, coaching availability will be through group coaching and online coaching only.

Same feral energy.
There’s only 24 hours in a day, and I’ve finally stopped acting like I’m exempt from that.

I’m here to tell you what lived around it.

The mates who became family.
The strangers who somehow ended up in the story.
The belly laughs.
The chaos.
The folklore.

The feeling that life was happening exactly where you were standing.

Maybe the drink was never the point.
Maybe it was the people.

The pint was just the campfire.

The people make the pint

Drink or not, the people you share life with are the point.
