π¨ Important Race Information π¨
We in West Limerick Athletics Club want to thank you for registering for our Curtins Londis Adare 10k 2026 event. We cannot wait to welcome you to Adare on February 22nd for the 32nd year of our road race.

Below is some important race day information, please read it all in preparation for your race day.
Everyone who registered (or received a transfer online) will have had their race number posted to them. Please remember to bring your race bib on the day, as it helps everything run smoothly. If your number doesnβt arrive or you have an issue with it, support will be available on the morning, and a limited number of replacements can be catered for.
All T-shirts have been posted this year.
Our participant list can be viewed by clicking HERE. You can also check your club & age category. You can sign in and edit your information in case you have joined or changed clubs recently.
Race Information:
1. Volunteers are in the Adare Village Hall on Sunday from 10am to 12:30pm.

β οΈ Traffic in Adare can be very busy. We strongly advise participants to arrive early.
2. Race starts at 1pm Sharp. The start line is on Abbeyview road β just down from the Londis shop. (V94 PW20)
3. The road is not closed but Gardai hold traffic in Adare village at the start of the race. Marshalls will be at road crossings.
Please listen to all marshalls and volunteers. Please respect the residents before and after the race. Be aware of your surroundings on the open road (earphones/earbuds are not allowed).
4. Results will be available live on the MyRunResults.com
5. Race day photography will be taken by a variety of photographers. These will be shared on our social media post race, once they become available.
6. Prize giving & awards will take place in the Adare Village Hall from 2:30pm , finishing at 3pm.
Prize categories on the day are as follows for both male & female:
Individual: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th , 5th , 6th
Junior : 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Category: O40, O45, O50, O55, O60, O65, O70, O75 - 1st & 2nd in each category
Wheelchair, Assisted Runner
Teams: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (4 to score)
Club teams must be declared beforehand.

7. Each race day finisher will receive their finisher medal at the finish line.
8. Toilets & Portaloos are available in the Adare Village Hall.
9. Post race refreshments and food will be available in the Adare Village Hall.
10. Visit adarevillage.com for any eating or accommodation questions.
11. Any garments left at the start/finish line or in the hall are left at your own risk. While we will try to return garments to owners it is not always possible.

13. The water stop is located just after the 5km road marking.
14. Race Pacers - volunteers will pace times from 37:20, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes to help our entrants get their new pb.
