A quick reminder we will not be running classes tomorrow (Saturday 6th June) as all our coaches will be helping out at this event! 💙

More custom present examples for W(rec)k In-House tomorrow!

You do the normal present at the start but then can do any present you want at the end. Just don't make it rude, don't do a gymnastics skill and it can't be longer than 3 seconds.

Our display team have been working so hard these past few months on their routine, and it definitely showed in their outstanding performance 🎭 🎉

With only ONE more week to go until our annual W(Rec)k In-House competition, we are allowing our gymnasts who are competing to do a “custom” present at the end of their routine!! 🔥🤸‍♂️

Whether you’d like to 6-7, be sassy, do the John Cena it’s up to you! But whatever you do, just be you! 😆💚
