We had Child Psychologist Karen Espey come in last week to speak to our competitive gymnasts! 🤸‍♀️

Karen talked about positive mental attitude, goal setting, dealing with stress and nerves, and focusing on the things we can control in training and competitions 🏆

She also gave the gymnasts some great advice on how to deal with things when a competition or event doesn’t go the way they had planned 💚

A really useful session with lots of practical advice that the gymnasts can take into their training and competitions.
