Meals I eat on repeat as a foodie gal who wants to be her strongest and healthiest self! 💖

The trick to dieting is having meals you GENUINELY enjoy and can look forward to. No bland chicken and rice here 😖🚫

I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit for the last 12 days and I’m already down over 2lb. No crazy trends or detox teas, just real food and a strategy I’ve committed to!

My heart is SO full after an eventful few days!

A cosy evening in with my love and adventure with our pup for Valentine’s Day with an amazing steak dinner and games w/ non-alc cocktails

Wuthering Heights movie night with the girls on Friday 💅 10/10 recommend you go see it!

Wrapped up with a spicy pink Pilates class for Galentines at Hannah’s studio and a sunny run outside as part of my free women’s social community that I host!

All the things I love in one weekend! 🥰

Freedom from food noise sounds like this 🌅

If your nutrition plan doesn’t leave space for foods you enjoy, you won’t stick to it. It will make you feel like a failure and you’ll repeat the cycle again!

There’s room for both if you manage your food 80% of the time. This looks like one fun meal and roughly 3 fun snacks per week for most people which you can work up to!

Drop the guilt. One salad won’t make you healthy just like one burger won’t make you unhealthy. You’re not failing, your diet is and it’s time for a new approach.

Don’t wait for January! Start making small changes to build momentum now!

Here’s what I do and what I recommend to finish the year feeling accomplished 👇

1. Clean your physical and digital space - tidy that drawer your throw everything into and donate what you don’t use. Unfollow accounts that make you feel bad 💩

2. Pick 3 daily habits to commit to that will make you feel good. They can be as simple as having a glass of water, stretching, journaling, screen time limits, reading every evening etc..

3. Read one personal development book!! There’s no excuse to not level up when you fill your brain with growth goodness. Here’s some book reccs:
Atomic Habits
The Mountain is You
The Diary of a CEO
The Gap and The Gain
The Slight Edge
The Alchemist

4. Journal on your progress last year!

5. Find new systems, programs or coaching to help you level up.
Investing in myself has been the single greatest catalyst in my life.
From organizational systems, continuing education, coaching or mentors there are so many available options to propel you further.
