It is with deep sadness that we, Knockmore GAA, announce the death of our Club President. Paddy served many roles in our club from a player in the ‘72 team that led the way towards our becoming a Senior Club, to Chairman in ‘92-’93 and again in 2000 to 2003. He served his roles with distinction and played a major role in Club Development. In his acceptance speech as Club President he impressed on the teams to hunger for success and was also very proud of the work done on inclusion for the LGFA within the club - his belief in this never more evident than his attendence on sunday mornings at matches.
On behalf of the Club Chairperson, Liz McHale, the Club officers, Executive and Members we offer of sincerest sympathy to Eugene, Barry and the O’ Hora family, relatives and friends at this time.
May Paddy rest in eternal peace.
