Week 6 complete ๐๐
Tonight marked the final night of my 6 Week Mindfulness & Wellbeing Course, and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part over the last number of weeks. It was a privilege to guide such a lovely group throughout the course ๐
We focused on self-compassion โ learning how to speak to ourselves with more kindness, understanding and patience, especially during stressful or difficult moments.
Over the 6 weeks we covered a wide range of practical tools and techniques including:

โจ Breathing exercises & grounding techniques
โจ Stress and anxiety management
โจ Unhelpful thinking styles & CBT tools
โจ Positive psychology & gratitude
โจ FLOW activities
โจ Learning to respond rather than react
โจ Building healthier habits for mental wellbeing
The goal of the course is to provide practical tools that people can use in everyday life to help reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm while improving emotional wellbeing and self-awareness ๐ฟ
