We are very excited to announce Professor Kelly Hassell-Cramer will giving a Women’s Only BJJ Seminar on May 23rd, 2026. Kelly is a a Jiu-Jitsu coach and academy owner with over 20 years of experience coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A 3rd-degree black belt under Charles Gracie, her work is rooted in movement, combining her background in CrossFit and youth development with a strong focus on how people learn and move.
Alongside her husband, she spent 15 years building and running a successful academy and CrossFit program, and now leads a kids-only Jiu-Jitsu school focused on long-term growth and safety. Together, they developed the AIM approach—Adaptive Integrative Methodology—a system centered on meeting each student where they are, using clear language, structured progressions, and adaptable coaching styles to help students connect the dots and build a game that works for them.
She creates a supportive environment where both beginners and experienced practitioners can feel safe, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress.
