Bank Holiday Weekend Round-Up 🐴✨

What a weekend it has been!

The weekend was filled with horses, shows, travelling, and plenty of miles on the roads.

On the competition front, one of our own ponies headed to the Working Hunter competition run by the Irish Pony Society in Duffy's on Bank Holiday Monday. She put in a fantastic performance to finish 4th and 6th in her classes. A huge thank you to Ava & Maam Valley Equine Transport for bringing her to the competition and taking such great care of her throughout the day.

We were also delighted to see one of our clients competing at Westport Show on Sunday with her own pony. They had a brilliant day and came home with a well-deserved 1st place. Congratulations to them both! 🏆

To top off a busy weekend, our Saoirse saw her first live cover 🤣🫣

Late nights, early mornings, long days on the road, and plenty of teamwork, but weekends like these make it all worthwhile.

Just 8 days old and already showing plenty to like.

A lovely purebred c**t with a great outlook, lots of quality, and a really nice presence. He's straight and correct, with the kind of attitude and type that catches the eye.

He comes from a very traditional stamp of mare.

Getting a great start to her education 🤩

Her first career was a brood mare and she has left us 3 quality geldings on the ground, all hassle free!

She always went in foal first time to the stallion, always foaled herself and she even fed other foals along with her own 💞 she's super sweet to young foals and young children 👶

Now onto phase two....

We started her ground work in January, backed her in February/March and at the end of April she went on lease...

Look at her now 🤩🤩🤩🤩
