AGM 2026

🧡🖤 YOUR COMMUNITY. YOUR CHILDREN. YOUR SAY! 🖤🧡

Calling ALL parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, local businesses, community groups and anyone with an interest in the future of Community Games in Elphin!

2026 was our most successful year so far but we want 2027 to be even better!

📅 Sunday 22nd November 2026
🕢 7.30pm
📍 Abbeycartron School Hall

Community Games is about so much more than sport! It's about giving our children opportunities to participate, develop confidence, make friendships, discover new talents and create memories that last a lifetime.

But none of it happens without the people behind the scenes!

WE NEED YOU!

Whether you're a parent who wants to have a say, a local business interested in supporting our young people or someone who simply wants to give a little back to the community, we'd love to see you at our AGM.
✅ Have your say in how Elphin Community Games is run and help shape our plans for 2027.
✅ Join our committee and play a part in organising and developing Community Games locally.
✅ Become a coach or team manager and help our young participants reach their potential.
✅ Volunteer at events – from helping on competition days to organising activities, fundraising or lending a hand behind the scenes.
✅ Support us as a local stakeholder – help us build stronger links between families, schools, clubs, businesses and our wider community.

You don't need to be a sporting expert, have previous committee experience or commit endless hours. Every skill, every idea and every helping hand makes a difference!

We want Elphin Community Games to be inclusive, vibrant and full of opportunities for ALL our young people – but to achieve that, we need the support and involvement of our community.

It's YOUR Community Games – so come along and have YOUR say!

Even if you're not interested in taking on a role, your attendance, ideas and encouragement are hugely valued.

PLEASE COME ALONG, BRING A FRIEND AND HELP US MAKE 2027 OUR BEST YEAR YET!
