Match Day Fueling ⚽️
A full day of eating is structured to fuel performance, with regular meals pre and post training to support energy output and recovery.
A lot of the fueling guidelines we use can differ massively depending on the sport, position, gender and height of the person. 🏅
This is just a rough match day eating plan that works for one of our clients and this is just about topping up because the hard work is actually done elsewhere for fueling.
Light meals, easy to digest and familiarity won’t steer you wrong on the day. 🤝🏼
