2026 CCs Unlimited Kells Road Races - Newcomers
Road Racing is Back!
No words can describe how grateful we are as a club to everyone who supports us. From our volunteers, sponsors, riders, marshals, medical teams, residents, and supporters – thank you.
Your dedication and commitment make events like this possible.
Who needs a reminder of the horrendous conditions we endured in the week before the event. The heavens truly opened on Thursday and Friday as the teams struggled to get the paddock ready for the weekend. They literally moved heaven and earth to get the place in shape.
This really was a pinch me moment when the bikes took to the roads in the south for the first time in 4 years. Hats off to all of the riders for putting on some brilliant racing over the weekend without causing a single flag to be raised for a racing incident. The red flag on Saturday was for a technical issue.
We look forward to a summer of road racing on the island and would like to take this opportunity to wish every success to the clubs involved in running the events.
