The Real Enemy: All-or-Nothing Thinking!

Many people fall into this trap:
“If I can’t train 4–5 days a week, what’s the point?”

The point is adaptation.

The body responds to stimulus — even small, consistent stimulus.

Three moderate sessions done every week for six months will outperform:

Five intense sessions done for two weeks before burnout.
