Lazy glutes? Gluteal Amnesia? Dead Butt Syndrome? We see a lot of people with this diagnosis, usually as a result of prolonged periods of sitting.
This can result in lower back pain, knee pain and tight hip flexor....all of which can easily be fixed with a few simple exercises to wake, and strengthen, them all up (you have three glute muscles). Exercises that can be done at home on the floor include bridging, sidelying leg series and a kneeling hip flexor stretch. Taking regular movement breaks from the screen can also really help.
