EASTER CAMP 2024 IS HERE! 🤸🧡

And we are beyond excited to welcome you all – new members and club veterans alike – for more fun, games, gymnastics, parkour, tricking and of course as much trampolining as you can handle!

Camps will run both weeks of Easter break:
💥 Monday 25th – Friday 29th of March (five day camp – €115/member with a discount for additional siblings)
💥 Tuesday 2nd – Friday 5th of April (four day camp, the club will remain closed on Easter Monday – €95/member with a discount for additional siblings).

Morning Camps (9.30am – 12.30pm) and an Afternoon Camps (1.30pm – 4.30pm) will run each week.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum age for camps is 6 years old and maximum age is 18!

Last week we completed our first ever ELITE WEEK with our squad and it was a massive success! 🏆 Thank you very much to our head coach for leading the week and pushing everyone to do their best! Thank you also to for sending over and sharing your knowledge of trampolining with us 🙏

We were honoured to have two massive talents from separate clubs join us for the week. Laoise out of and Liam out of . It was wonderful to see fellow competitors come together as a community and push each other to their best.

Our squad responded so well to elite week as we witnessed an abundance of smiles and remarkable progress! 🙌 This holds immense significance to us, as competitive trampolining (and sport in general) encompasses more than just triumph; it serves as a catalyst for internal growth and can be a powerful mechanism to achieve personal development within everyone involved!

A huge congratulations and thank you to all of our gymnasts, coaches and family members who represented SuperSonic on Sunday! We had a huge team of 20 competitors and a massive collection of medals.

To our coaches, parents and guardians of the team, thank you for always being there and supporting us all the way! To our gymnasts, we could not be prouder of you and all you have accomplished! Not only the medals that were picked up along the way, but the sense of achievement each and every one of you have reached within yourselves! Remember, it is not only about striving for medals but bettering your previous selves and you have all absolutely smashed it! 👊

Some of the things we like to do during our camps involve FORT BUILDING! 🏰🏗️

Activities and games like this are a fundamental part of our camps. Not only to maximise the enjoyment for everyone involved, but to aid in the neurological and motor development of our little bouncers. These forts were thought out by the kids themselves (with some heavy lifting done by our coaches) and it is great to see a group come together and work as a team! We may have some future architects and engineers on our hands 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

A reminder to all of our members that our regular Recreational, Junior, Advanced and Start Squad classes are off for Easter break from April 3rd - 16th.

Senior Squad/High Performance will be off on Saturday the 8th, Sunday the 9th and Saturday the 15th of April - all other trainings will go ahead as normal!

Adult Classes are cancelled on Monday the 3rd & 10th of April, but will run as normal on Wednesday the 5th & 12th.
