To help keep Clonmany Gym a safe, tidy & enjoyable place for everyone, we'd like to remind all members of a few basic gym etiquette rules:

โœ… Please re-rack all dumbbells, weights & plates after use.

โœ… Return bars and equipment to the area where you found them after use.

โœ… Don't leave weights, plates or other equipment lying on the gym floor where they can become a trip hazard.

โœ… Treat the gym & equipment with respect so that the next person can enjoy their workout too.

A few extra seconds tidying up after yourself makes a huge difference and helps keep the gym safe, organised & welcoming for all members.
