🏃 CIRCUITS – The ultimate full body workout. Combining strength, cardio, endurance, and functional movements. No two classes are the same, making every session challenging, fun, and effective.
👟 STEP AEROBICS – Our signature style of step. Fun, easy to follow choreography, great music, huge energy, and you’ll forget you’re even working out.
🔥 STEP HIIT – The perfect mix of step aerobics and high intensity intervals. Fun, sweaty, and one of our most popular classes.
🍑 CIRCUITS LEG & AB FOCUSED – More than just a classic LBT class. Expect lower body strength work, glute focused exercises, core training, and conditioning designed to leave you feeling strong, powerful and accomplished.
🧘 PILATES – Our signature Pilates class designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, and balance. Flow seamlessly through controlled movements that strengthen your entire body while helping you move, feel, and perform better both inside and outside the studio.
