We have been updating safety measures at the Gym over the last few months.

Today we received our CPR & Defibrillator training, and our Defibrillator should arrive next week. It was a good morning that reminded us of the importance of CPR and acting fast during a cardiac arrest situation.

We hope to never again have to use CPR or a Defibrillator at the gym, but our staff are now all trained if such a situation was to occur.

In the past few weeks we have updated our fire safety system, fire extinguishers, and risk assessments.

If your health status has changed since joining the Gym, please let us know if there is anything we need to be aware of 🙏

Thanks so much,

The Team At All In Fitness
