Ashbourne ITF Taekwon-Do club provides high level Taekwon-Do training for children from the age of 4 up to adults of all ages. Classes take place at Integrity Martial Arts Academy - an easily accessible, modern, fully equipped martial arts and combat fitness centre in Ashbourne, Co. The centre is owned and run by Irish National Taekwon-Do Team Sparring Coach Stephen Cooley (VII Degree) who teaches

Taekwon-Do classes along with a team of highly experienced Instructors. Classes include Taekwon-Do Kubz for 4 - 7 year olds, Beginner White Belts, Yellow - Green Belts, and Blue to Black Belt level. The club is proud to have trained several European & World Taekwon-Do champions and competes at a regular basis both nationally and internationally. We also have classes for adult beginners, no previous experience or training necessary. Ashbourne ITF Taekwon-Do club is a member of the Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA) and is affiliated with the Irish Martial Arts Commission IMAC. Instructors are Garda Vetted and First Aid Certified.

Summer is ideal for progress. Regular training maintains fitness, sharpens technique and builds confidence for the season ahead.

While routines may change during the summer, maintaining regular Taekwon-Do training provides lasting benefits. Continued attendance improves flexibility, fitness, technical consistency and confidence while helping students retain the skills they have worked hard to develop throughout the year.
