United U9 Blues welcomed Wicklow Rovers on Sunday morning. A brilliant match in tough windy conditions against a very good Rovers team. Some great passing, tackling, lovely teamwork and great goals. Thanks to the parents for the usual fantastic support on the sidelines and to Wicklow Rovers for travelling and a great game.

As they depart for Limerick everyone at AUFC would like to wish our U14 players Caoimhin Murphy, Carter Kinsella, Cian Collins, Finley Clare, Scott Nicholson and Sylvester Petarcik the very best of luck in the Kennedy Cup this coming week. Its a fantastic achievement to be selected and we are all very proud to have 6 players from the club in the squad. Congratulations to United’s U12 girls who clinched the double in the inaugural Girls Development League in Wicklow with a penalty shootout win over Wicklow Town in the cup final on Monday. United clinched the league title last weekend. Congratulations to the team and their coaches. Fantastic achievement from this bunch⚽️💚🖤
