Our morning classes are a dynamic blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, each class begins with a purposeful warm-up, gradually opening and strengthening the body before flowing through a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa practice✨

The journey culminates in a peak pose, giving students the opportunity to safely explore and deepen their practice

In this class, our focus is on Raja Kapotasana (King Pigeon Pose), a powerful heart-opening backbend that requires flexibility, strength, focus, and patience 🤍

Through intelligent sequencing, alignment principles, and hands-on support, students learn how to build toward advanced postures safely while developing the skills to confidently teach their own classes in the future.
