Her passion for women's wisdom & female empowerment has also led her to become a Menstrual Cycle Coach & Fertility Awareness Educator. 8 years ago I was in a cycle - a waitress saving every penny > travelling the world & living my "dream life" > returning home broke to do it all over again.

Looking back, that definitely wasn't the "freedom" I thought 😅

It was me living a double life & disguising freedom for running away from my bigger mission in life. I was avoiding self responsibility.

What I actually wanted was to build a life for myself I didn't need to escape from.

What I actually wanted was to earn a living doing what actually excites me, where I'm in deep service to the world, making an impact.

What I actually wanted was the freedom to live anywhere in the world, choose my own schedule & get paid for being me.

I never felt ready for that kinda commitment to myself though. But at some point the pain of staying where I was was bigger than the fear of making it happen.

I've learnt so much over the last 7 years of building my online yoga embodiment biz - & my deepest joy is support you to do the same!

That's how my 6 month Feminine Business & Embodiment Mentorship - ALCHEMISE - was born.
