PRE-VACATION RESET !

I like to lose a little weight before a vacation… so I can enjoy every meal guilt-free.

The only weight I want to worry about on the way back is the ‘weight of shopping bags’ 😜

Training upcoming actor has been such a reminder that Pilates truly is for everyone.
Breaking the stereotype, one session at a time - he came to me for better flexibility, alignment and posture after his coach recommended pilates with me.
In just 5 sessions he could see the difference.
And the bonus : he built strength, stability, a stronger core and focus !
So proud of his discipline.

I’ve stopped glorifying busy.
I like slow mornings, warm coffee, and not rushing into the day .

I eat simple food, mostly the same things.
Less trends, more balance .

I move my body because it’s taking care of my future self.
Not to prove anything, not to impress anyone.

I dress up because I enjoy feeling good.
Not for validation, just for me.

I leave before I’m drained.
Protecting my energy has become important.

My circle is smaller now.
More connection, leas performance.

I’m not in any rat-race or proving myself.
If it doesn’t align with me, I let it pass.

I’ve learned to rest without feeling guilty.
Stillness is productive too.

I protect my peace more than ever.
Not everything deserves a reaction.

And yes, I love routine.
Maybe it looks repetitive to others, but to me, it feels grounded.
