Awesome day with Josh from talking all things bike maintenance. Huge shout out to Josh for his time and expertise. Highly recommended for all mechanical needs.

From how to get home when things to wrong, how to look after your mech and when to phone a taxi. We covered everything from the basics to home workshop setups.

The “Inaugural Inner- tube Change Challenge™️” was won by with an astounding time of exactly one minute to whip off a tyre, replace the inner tube and get the tyre back on again. Faster than an F1 pit stop!!

More knowledge on the road makes for better riders and safer club rides.
