Sometimes the hardest part of joining a fitness class… is just walking through the door.
So I thought we could start with something much simpler.
I walk every day with my dog, enjoying some fresh air and a good natter so I thought why not invite other local women to join me.
No pressure.
No fitness level required.
No awkward first class.
Just a relaxed walk, a chat, and a chance to get to know each other.
If you've been thinking about getting a bit more active but classes feel a little intimidating, this is the perfect place to start.
