We train 7.15 - 9.15 pm every Tuesday and welcome new players of all abilities throughout the year. Avon League Dates: To be confirmed.

Winning streak continues with a real battle on court today! A tight game throughout, 8–8 after the first quarter and 14–14 at half time, with both teams evenly matched.

We pulled ahead in the third and held it to the final whistle. Huge effort from everyone and great team spirit to stay calm under pressure and see the game through — a brilliant team performance!

Beautiful morning and a brilliant performance from the 1sts today!

We played Optimum and only had seven players, so the focus was on control and pacing ourselves for the full match. We started strongly, getting several goals on the board before they scored.

Great battles in defence, patient play through mid-court and consistent shooting in attack. A really enjoyable game with great teamwork across the court.

Today we played Imperial, currently 2nd in the table, and after losing 36–20 last time we knew it would be a tough match.

Our defence worked tirelessly to keep the score down and there was great effort across the court. With it being our third match in 8 days, it was a challenging game but everyone kept battling right to the end.

Last night’s match was against Skybound, who we hadn’t played since our first match of the season (37–22 win). We came out strong and fought hard for the 5 points.

There was great movement across the court and, despite a few changes and players covering different positions, the teamwork, grit and determination secured the result. A very nail-biting final quarter 😃

Today we played Brislington, currently second in the table, after losing to them by 6 last time. We came out with energy and purpose and had our best first quarter of the season, finishing it 11–0.

Brislington made a few tactical changes which kept us on our toes, but the whole team worked incredibly hard across the court. One of our strongest performances of the season against a really good side. 💪🏻
