Proformance Coaching was founded by former Bristol Rovers and Forest Green Rovers Academy coach Alex Lumsden. By working with local communities our mission is to support the increase in activity and participation through sport to children of all abilities. Our fun and engaging sessions are designed for children to learn and develop skills at their own pace in a safe and inclusive environment with

a ball at their feet. All of our coaches are FA and/or qualified within a sport. They have also completed the relevant Safeguarding and First Aid requirements, including a DBS check.

🧤 On Wednesday, we delivered the first of three Goalkeeper CPD sessions with St Nicholas Football Club. ⚽

It was fantastic to spend time with coaches sharing ideas, discussing goalkeeper development, and exploring different ways to support young players in this position.

A great evening of learning, collaboration, and tactical conversations - we're looking forward to session two! 🙌
