I’m moving locations! Don’t worry — I’m still staying in Worksop! 🖤

I’m relocating to The Next Level, right next door to HBL STUDIO. My own space 😮‍💨😮‍💨

I’m aiming for the end of June for the move, and there’s LOTS of work to be done 😅

I just want to say a massive thank you to my Studio8nails Worksop family. You can’t get rid of me just yet! I’ll still be doing clinic days at Studio 8 a couple of times a month, so my clients can continue having everything done under one roof. Also my nails every 2 weeks 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Please bear with me over the coming weeks whilst juggling renovations, work, home life, and continuing to recover health-wise. Rest days are still really important for me 🤍

TODAY I’m taking a full day off, so any messages needing replies will be answered Monday morning.

A huge thank you to each and every person who has supported my journey so far. I honestly can’t explain how grateful I am ❤️

SATURDAY BOOTCAMP 💪🔥

What is it?
Our Saturday Bootcamp is a fun, supportive full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, circuits and plenty of encouragement. No military-style shouting, just good vibes, great people and a workout that leaves you feeling amazing!

Can non-members join?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a member or it’s your very first visit.

🥊 2 to 1 BOX-FIT session yesterday with Marfisia! 🥊

A huge well done to Colette and Katy who absolutely smashed it yesterday, even in the middle of a heatwave! 🔥💪

Plenty of sweat, plenty of laughs, and plenty of hard work put in. That’s what we love to see!

Rest assured, our top floor remains lovely and airy, helping to keep classes comfortable and enjoyable even when the temperatures are soaring outside. ☀️🌬️

Hydration isn’t just important… it’s ESSENTIAL, especially when training in this heat ☀️💦

When you sweat, your body loses fluids fast, and without replacing them you can feel fatigued, dizzy, weak and struggle to recover properly.

Staying hydrated helps:
💧 regulate body temperature
💪 improve performance
🧠 maintain focus
⚡ reduce fatigue & cramps
❤️ support recovery

Small sips throughout the day > trying to down a litre after your workout 😅
