Unfortunately, there will be no Retford Clubbercise this week as the school needs the room for this Wednesday only 😔

Everyone booked on has been moved to the next Retford class that they haven’t already booked onto. If you need anything changing, just drop me a message and I’ll sort it 🩷I’m gutted as it’s the first Retford class we’ve missed this year, and I’m definitely going to miss my Wednesday ravers! 💃

✨ GOOD NEWS - Retford is back on as normal next week ✨

If you can’t wait that long, there are still a few spaces available for Thursday night in Worksop but only a few so be quick if you would like to come to the sop 🤣 💃

Every week, I get to watch complete strangers walk through the door and leave as part of something special.

Some come for the fitness.
Some come for the music.
Some come because they need an hour away from the stresses of life.

But what I love most is seeing the friendships, the confidence, the laughter and the support that grows week after week.

If you’ve ever felt nervous about coming on your own, please know you’re not the only one. So many people have walked through those doors feeling exactly the same.

And now they couldn’t imagine not being here. 🩷

Here’s to another week of dancing, laughing, moving our bodies and leaving feeling better than when we arrived.

Every class this week has been incredible, uplifting and so much fun ❤️ a full house for every class with big vibes and big laughs 💃 THANKYOU 🪩
