Never trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu before? This course is for you.

The Black Flag Gym Foundations Course is an 8-week structured beginner programme designed specifically for people with little or no experience in BJJ.

You’ll learn the core positions, movements, escapes, takedowns and submissions that form the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a friendly and supportive environment alongside other beginners.

No fitness level, martial arts experience or special equipment is required to get started.
