Wednesday 5pm - Little Lions (4-6yrs BJJ)
Thursday 5pm - Youth BJJ
Sunday 9am - Little Lions (4-6yrs BJJ)

Kids 12+ may join our adult classes, especially our beginners classes.

Starting Sunday 6th September, we’re reintroducing our weekly women-only class with coach Emily Szymanska. This class will follow our eight-week beginners syllabus but all levels are welcome, from completely new members wanting to try BJJ through to upper belts. There’s no minimum age but it will follow an adult-style tuition structure.
